Responsibilities- Provide high-quality customer service to Czech-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Respond to inquiries promptly, providing accurate information and solutions to clients.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor in all customer interactions.
- Document customer interactions thoroughly to support service improvements.
- Collaborate with team members to improve the overall customer experience.
- Engage in ongoing training and development to enhance service skills.
Requirements
- Fluency in Czech (both spoken and written) is required.
- Strong dedication to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Previous experience in customer service or a relevant field is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude.
- Able to work effectively within a team environment.
- Willingness to engage with a diverse customer base.
- EU passport is required for application.
