Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality customer service to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve inquiries and provide information regarding our products and services.
- Maintain professionalism and a customer-focused attitude at all times.
- Document customer interactions accurately to enhance service delivery.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure continuous improvement in customer service.
- Participate in ongoing training and development sessions.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Strong commitment to providing exemplary customer service.
- Previous experience in a customer service or support role is advantageous.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to solve problems effectively and work with attention to detail.
- Experience working in a team-based environment.
- Openness to engage with a diverse array of customers.
- EU passport is required for application.
