Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients through various communication channels.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services.
- Maintain a professional demeanor while ensuring a welcoming customer experience.
- Document all interactions with customers accurately to support service enhancement efforts.
- Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer service processes.
- Engage in continuous training to expand both product knowledge and customer service skills.
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese (both spoken and written) is mandatory.
- A genuine commitment to excellent customer service.
- Prior experience in customer service or a similar role is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with customers.
- Proficient in problem-solving while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Experience working effectively in a team setting.
- Openness to working with a diverse range of clients.
- EU passport is required for application.
