Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat, addressing their inquiries and concerns effectively.
- Assist customers with order processing, account inquiries, and providing detailed information about products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient service delivery and product availability.
- Maintain thorough documentation of customer interactions and feedback to drive service improvements.
- Stay updated on company products and policies to provide accurate assistance to customers.
- Proactively gather customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance the overall service experience.
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Familiarity with customer service software and proficiency in Microsoft Office is advantageous.
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding service.
