This is a wonderful opportunity for individuals who are fluent in one or more Nordic languages and are eager to deliver outstanding customer support. As a Nordic Speaking Customer Service Representative, you will assist our Nordic-speaking clients by addressing their needs, resolving inquiries, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality customer service to Nordic-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and resolve issues effectively.
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor during all interactions.
- Document customer interactions accurately to facilitate service enhancements.
- Collaborate with team members to improve the overall customer service experience.
- Engage in continuous training to stay updated on products and service protocols.
Requirements
- Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, Swedish) is required.
- A strong dedication to providing excellent customer service.
- Prior experience in customer service or similar roles is advantageous.
- Good communication skills and the ability to connect with customers.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a positive and adaptable attitude.
- Able to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Willingness to engage with a diverse clientele.
- EU passport is required for application.
