Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer support to Finnish-speaking clients through various online channels, including email, chat, and social media.
  • Address customer inquiries accurately and efficiently, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Document and track customer interactions in the CRM system for transparency and continuity.
  • Collaborate with team members to share insights, best practices, and suggestions for improvement.
  • Remain informed about company products and services to provide accurate and helpful information.
  • Engage in continuous training opportunities to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a strong customer-oriented mindset.
  • Prior experience in customer service, preferably in an online environment.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer inquiries effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and online communication tools.
  • Willingness to adapt to a flexible working environment and remote collaboration.
