Responsibilities- Offer excellent customer support to Finnish-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's products and services to provide effective assistance.
- Document customer interactions accurately within the company's CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service practices and share insights for improvement.
- Engage in regular training and development sessions to refine your skills.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for improving customer interactions and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Fluent in Finnish, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is required.
- Strong communication and customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is an advantage.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools is a plus.
- A positive attitude, adaptability, and a desire to immerse in a new cultural experience in Greece.
