Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate with Finnish-speaking clients through various channels including phone, email, and chat, ensuring excellent service.
  • Assist customers with inquiries about banking products, account management, and financial services.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the bank's services and offerings to provide accurate information.
  • Log customer interactions accurately for effective record-keeping and follow-up.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to enhance service processes and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to stay updated on the banking sector.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Finnish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a strong emphasis on customer service.
  • Experience in customer service or banking is preferred.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to providing high-quality service.
  • A team-oriented mindset with a positive and proactive approach.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new cultural environment.
