Responsibilities- Provide high-quality technical support to Danish-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries related to technology products and services efficiently.
- Document all customer interactions and solutions in the CRM system accurately.
- Collaborate with teams to escalate and manage more complex technical issues.
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance your product knowledge and improve support skills.
- Gather customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Assist in onboarding and guiding new team members as needed.
Requirements
- Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong technical skills and the ability to troubleshoot effectively.
- Excellent communication and customer service competencies.
- Previous experience in technical support or customer service is desirable.
- Ability to learn new technologies and processes quickly.
- A self-motivated and organized individual who can work independently.
- A willingness to embrace new challenges and adapt to a remote working environment.
