Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality technical support to Danish-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve a range of technical issues related to online business platforms.
- Assist customers by providing clear instructions and actionable solutions to enhance their online operations.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the support system.
- Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and improve service delivery.
- Identify trends in customer issues and work with product teams to suggest enhancements.
Requirements
- Fluency in Danish (both spoken and written) is essential, along with a good command of English.
- Prior experience in technical support or in a related IT role is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with a strong focus on customer support.
- Able to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
- Familiarity with customer support software or CRM tools is a plus.
- A genuine interest in technology and supporting online businesses is a must.
