In this role, you will provide technical assistance to Danish-speaking clients using various software applications. Your ability to resolve issues efficiently and your commitment to excellent customer service will be key to ensuring a smooth user experience. Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality technical support to Danish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of technical issues related to the applications.
  • Provide detailed guidance and support to assist clients in maximizing their use of the applications.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions and solutions in the support database.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to improve service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Identify common technical issues and provide feedback to the product team for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Danish (both spoken and written) is essential, along with a good level of English proficiency.
  • Prior experience in technical support or a related application support role is highly desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with customer support tools and CRM software is a plus.
  • A genuine interest in technology and a dedication to assisting users effectively.
