This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about health and wellness, and who excel at providing top-notch support to Portuguese-speaking customers.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding health and wellness products, orders, and returns.
- Educate customers about product benefits, usage, and features to ensure informed purchasing decisions.
- Address customer complaints and provide effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and document feedback for service improvement.
- Collaborate with product specialists to stay updated on the latest health and wellness trends and product offerings.
- Promote a positive and engaging customer experience while adhering to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the health and wellness or retail sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints with a positive attitude.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Genuine interest in health and wellness products and a passion for helping customers.
