Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is thrilled to present an opportunity for a Portuguese Speaking Customer Service Representative for a renowned Beauty & Skincare Products Department. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about beauty products and skincare and are eager to provide exceptional support to Portuguese-speaking customers.
Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients through various platforms including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to beauty and skincare products, including product selection, usage advice, and order status.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide effective solutions to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for future reference.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product offerings, and promotions to provide informed recommendations.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to enhance customer experience and support brand initiatives.
- Foster positive relationships with customers, encouraging brand loyalty and repeat business.
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the beauty, skincare, or retail industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Passion for beauty and skincare products, with a keen interest in industry trends.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
