Your Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support to Nordic-speaking clients through various communication channels.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to online pharmacy services and telemedicine consultations.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure service level goals are met and to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Engage in continuous training to stay updated on product offerings and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Norwegian, Finnish) is essential. Please ensure that your nationality and native language is clearly stated in your application.
- Strong commitment to providing high-quality customer service.
- Previous experience in customer support, particularly in healthcare or telemedicine, is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive team player with a positive and empathetic attitude.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to adapt to a dynamic work environment and learn new processes.
