In this important position, you will assist Spanish-speaking customers with inquiries related to our online pharmacy and telemedicine services. Your Responsibilities- Provide high-quality customer support to Spanish-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding pharmacy services and telemedicine appointments, ensuring they receive accurate and helpful information.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and team members to meet service objectives and improve customer satisfaction.
- Engage in ongoing training to stay informed about healthcare products, services, and industry regulations.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken) is essential. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated within your application.
- A strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service in the healthcare industry.
- Prior experience in customer support, preferably in healthcare or pharmacy, is a plus but not mandatory.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
