Responsibilities- Provide top-notch customer support in German for gaming and esports inquiries
- Assist users with technical issues and gameplay questions
- Educate customers on game features, updates, and esports events
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with development and esports teams to resolve issues
- Contribute ideas to enhance the customer experience and support processes
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
