As a Customer Support representative, you will assist German-speaking clients with their inquiries related to shipping and logistics services. Your ability to address concerns and provide solutions will be key in enhancing customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.

Responsibilities- Provide high-quality customer support in German for logistics and shipping inquiries
- Assist customers with tracking shipments, processing orders, and resolving issues
- Document all customer interactions clearly and accurately
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely responses and solutions
- Educate clients on shipping procedures and company services
- Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving overall customer experience
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
- Previous experience in customer support, preferably in logistics or shipping
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with logistics software and systems is an advantage
