Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer support in German for dating and social networking app inquiries
- Troubleshoot and resolve user issues effectively
- Guide customers through app features and functionalities
- Document customer interactions accurately for future reference
- Collaborate with developers to address and solve technical issues
- Provide feedback on customer needs to improve app functionality and user experience
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
- Previous experience in customer support, preferably in tech, dating, or social networking sectors
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving abilities with a detail-oriented mindset
- Understanding of dating and social networking dynamics is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
