Your Responsibilities- Offer exceptional technical support to French-speaking clients through various communication channels.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve a variety of technical issues efficiently.
- Assist customers in understanding and utilizing our technology and services effectively.
- Document customer interactions and technical resolutions accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to drive improvements in service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in regular training sessions to keep your skills updated with new technologies.
Requirements
- Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is required.
- Strong technical aptitude and proficient problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in tech support or customer service is preferable but not mandatory.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- A team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to relocate to Athens and fully engage with the local culture.
- A genuine interest in technology and a continuous desire to learn and grow
