Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding technical support to German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve various technical issues related to software, hardware, and networking systems.
  • Guide customers through problem-solving processes, ensuring clear communication throughout.
  • Document all customer interactions and accurately record solutions to technical problems.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality and improve the overall customer experience.
  • Share insights on common technical issues to help streamline support operations.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German (spoken and written) is essential.
  • Previous experience in technical support or a related IT role is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to clearly communicate technical concepts.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on providing a positive experience.
  • Technical knowledge of computer systems, software applications, and networking principles.
  • Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece, with a generous relocation package provided.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
