Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality technical support to German-speaking customers through multiple platforms, including phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently to enhance user satisfaction.
- Stay informed about the latest product developments and technical updates to assist customers effectively.
- Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in the system for future reference.
- Collaborate with team members to improve support processes and enhance customer experiences.
- Engage in continuous professional development and training to enhance technical skills.
- Leverage customer feedback to drive improvements in service delivery and support quality.
Requirements
- Proficiency in both German and English, with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong customer service orientation and a passion for helping others.
- Prior experience in technical support or a customer-facing role is advantageous.
- Exceptional analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Willingness to embrace new challenges and learn new technologies.
- Preparedness to relocate to Athens with a comprehensive assistance package.
