This position, based in Athens, involves providing expert consulting services to German-speaking clients, helping them navigate and implement effective cybersecurity solutions and IT support services. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring clients feel secure and supported in their digital environments. Responsibilities
  • Engage with German-speaking clients to assess their IT support and cybersecurity needs and deliver customized solutions.
  • Assist clients in the implementation and optimization of cybersecurity solutions and IT support practices.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to ensure clients effectively utilize our services and understand cybersecurity best practices.
  • Gather and analyze feedback from clients to contribute to service improvements and product development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client inquiries and improve service delivery.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the IT and cybersecurity landscape.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German (spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is beneficial.
  • Experience in consulting, customer service, or IT support is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts and IT support practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to offer actionable recommendations to clients.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for helping clients enhance their IT security and support.
  • Familiarity with IT tools and customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus.
