Your Responsibilities- Provide consultancy and support to German-speaking clients regarding our artificial intelligence solutions.
- Identify client needs and deliver tailored AI solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions.
- Document customer inquiries and specifications accurately in our CRM system.
- Engage in training sessions on new AI product updates and functionalities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Requirements
- Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is required.
- Experience in customer consultancy or technical support is preferred.
- Strong interest in artificial intelligence and emerging technologies.
- Exceptional communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Analytical skills to identify and solve client issues effectively.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
- Willingness to relocate and embrace new opportunities
