We are currently seeking a German Speaking Consultant for our IT Support & Cybersecurity Solutions Department. This exciting role is ideal for individuals passionate about technology and cybersecurity who want to assist clients in enhancing their IT security measures.
Key Responsibilities- Engage with German-speaking clients to assess their IT support needs and provide tailored cybersecurity solutions.
- Conduct thorough evaluations of clients' IT infrastructures, identifying vulnerabilities and recommending appropriate enhancements.
- Provide expert guidance on best practices for IT support and cybersecurity to ensure optimal security posture.
- Deliver training and support to clients regarding the implementation and use of cybersecurity solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful deployment of security measures and IT support services.
- Maintain proactive communication with clients, addressing any concerns and ensuring satisfaction with services rendered.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and developments in cybersecurity and IT support technologies.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English, with excellent communication skills.
- Experience in IT support or cybersecurity consulting, particularly in relation to client-facing roles.
- Strong understanding of IT security frameworks and best practices.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Capable of explaining complex technical information in a clear and accessible manner.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and cybersecurity technologies.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
