What You'll Be Doing- Providing friendly and effective technical support to Polish-speaking clients through various channels.
- Identifying and troubleshooting a range of tech issues with a smile
- Helping customers to better understand and utilize our cutting-edge technology.
- Keeping detailed records of customer interactions to help us serve them better.
- Teaming up with colleagues to enhance the quality of service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Joining regular training sessions to keep your skills sharp and up to date
Requirements
- Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Good technical skills and a positive, problem-solving mindset.
- Prior experience in tech support or customer service is a plus, but not required.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A friendly attitude and a passion for working with people.
- Openness to relocating to Athens and embracing a new cultural experience.
- A genuine love for technology and a thirst for learning new things
