Your Responsibilities- Provide technical support to Swedish-speaking customers, addressing their inquiries and issues.
- Promote and sell IT products and services to meet client needs effectively.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems with a proactive approach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve customer support strategies.
- Participate in training sessions to stay current with product knowledge and technology trends.
Requirements
- Fluency in Swedish (written and spoken) is required.
- Proven experience in customer support or tech support is preferred.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales role is a plus.
- Strong technical knowledge and a passion for IT solutions.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- A positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction.
