Your Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer support to Czech-speaking clients through various communication channels.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to our virtual job and freelance platforms, ensuring they have the best possible experience.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve service level goals and enhance client satisfaction.
- Engage in ongoing training and development to stay updated on platform features and industry trends.
Requirements
- Fluency in Czech (written and spoken) is essential. Please ensure that your nationality and native language is clearly state in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Strong commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
- Previous experience in customer support is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive team player with a positive attitude.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
