As the Online Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing online marketing strategies, optimizing digital campaigns, and managing marketing projects that enhance brand visibility and engagement. Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive online marketing strategies targeted at Italian-speaking audiences.
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and SEO.
  • Analyze campaign performance data and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and expenditure.
  • Report on marketing performance metrics and present insights to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian and English (both written and spoken).
  • Proven experience in online marketing, preferably in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with SEO/SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and work under pressure.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with a penchant for teamwork.
