We are currently searching for a Czech Speaking Customer Support Representative for our Online Pharmacy & Telemedicine Department. This role is perfect for individuals who are enthusiastic about healthcare, customer service, and making a difference in the lives of clients.
Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer support to Czech-speaking clients regarding online pharmacy products and telemedicine services via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to prescriptions, medical consultations, product availability, and service policies.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Document customer interactions accurately and follow up on outstanding inquiries or concerns.
- Collaborate with pharmacists and telemedicine professionals to provide accurate and timely information to clients.
- Educate customers about online services, safety protocols, and the usage of health products.
- Gather and relay customer feedback to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Fluency in Czech and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, ideally in the healthcare, pharmacy, or telemedicine fields.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer care.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office applications.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed.
