Patrique Mercier Recruitment ES is excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for Slovak speakers to join our client's Fashion & Apparel Department as Customer Service Representatives If you have a love for fashion and a passion for providing exceptional customer service, this is the ideal role for you. In this position, you will assist Slovak-speaking customers with their inquiries, ensuring they have a delightful shopping experience while gaining insights into the latest trends in the fashion industry. Your Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support to Slovak-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Handle inquiries regarding products, orders, and returns with professionalism.
  • Maintain a friendly, positive, and professional demeanor in all customer interactions.
  • Document customer interactions accurately for future reference and service enhancement.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet service targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Engage in training and development opportunities to enhance your knowledge of fashion products.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Slovak (both written and spoken) is essential. Please ensure that your nationality and native language is clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
  • Genuine passion for fashion and customer service.
  • Previous experience in customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A desire to learn and grow within a trendsetting team
