Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service to Polish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding grocery orders, delivery times, and product information.
- Handle issues such as order modifications, cancellations, and refunds efficiently.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for effective tracking.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly and enhance service quality.
- Stay informed about product availability, promotions, and company policies to better assist customers.
Requirements
- Fluency in Polish and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Experience in customer service, ideally within the grocery or delivery services industry.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Proficient in CRM systems and general computer applications.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
