Polish Speaking Customer Service for Grocery Delivery Services Department

Patrique Mercier Recruitment ES is delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for Polish-speaking individuals to join our Customer Service team for the Grocery Delivery Services Department. In this role, you will assist Polish-speaking customers with their inquiries and ensure a smooth shopping experience as they place their orders for grocery deliveries. Your Responsibilities- Deliver top-notch customer service to Polish-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with their grocery orders, addressing inquiries, and resolving any issues.
- Maintain a friendly, professional, and helpful demeanor in all interactions.
- Accurately document customer interactions to improve service quality.
- Collaborate with team members to meet service and performance targets.
- Engage in training sessions to enhance your knowledge of products and best practices.
Requirements
- Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your Cover Letter and/or C.V.
- Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Strong customer service skills and a desire to help others.
- Previous experience in customer service is an advantage, but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage difficult situations with a calm and positive approach.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes.
- Enthusiasm for contributing to a friendly and collaborative team atmosphere
