In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with hotel bookings and hospitality services. You will leverage your language skills and customer service expertise to provide exceptional support, ensuring guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience from the moment they inquire about reservations to their stay. Key Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer support in Nordic languages (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish), assisting clients with hotel reservations and related inquiries.
- Manage bookings, cancellations, and modifications while ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
- Respond promptly to customer queries via phone, email, and chat, delivering a high standard of service at all times.
- Collaborate with hotel partners and the internal team to ensure customer requests are fulfilled effectively.
- Document all customer interactions clearly and accurately in the CRM system.
- Stay informed about the latest promotions, services, and destination information to accurately assist customers.
- Engage in ongoing training to enhance your knowledge of the hospitality industry and customer service techniques.
Requirements
- Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish) alongside strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the hospitality or travel sector, is highly beneficial.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills to handle diverse customer needs effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on providing a positive customer experience.
- Able to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail, ensuring accurate documentation and handling of customer inquiries.
- A passion for the hospitality and travel industry, along with a desire to help customers create unforgettable experiences.
