Your Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support to French-speaking clients through various communication channels.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to online pharmacy services and telemedicine, ensuring they have the correct information and guidance.
- Document customer interactions accurately and promptly in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to meet service level goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Engage in ongoing training and development to improve your product knowledge and customer service skills.
Requirements
- Fluency in French (written and spoken) is essential. Please ensure that your nationality and native language is clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- A strong interest in customer service, particularly in the healthcare field.
- Previous experience in customer support is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive team player with a positive and empathetic attitude.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple inquiries effectively.
