This position is ideal for passionate individuals looking to provide exceptional service to Portuguese-speaking guests in the hospitality sector.
Responsibilities- Deliver top-notch customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients by handling inquiries via phone, email, and chat related to hotel reservations and hospitality services.
- Assist customers with booking hotel accommodations, providing detailed information about room options and amenities.
- Resolve customer issues, changes, and complaints effectively, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
- Maintain extensive knowledge of hotel offerings and local attractions to better assist guests.
- Document all customer interactions accurately and follow up as needed to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with the hospitality team to improve service delivery and efficiency.
- Stay updated on promotions and offers to provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the hospitality or travel industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism.
- Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- A passion for travel and hospitality, with a focus on guest satisfaction.
