Your Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support to Hebrew-speaking clients through various communication channels.
- Assist customers with inquiries about consumer electronics, troubleshooting issues and providing solutions.
- Record customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to meet service goals and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Participate in continuous training to stay informed about product updates and industry trends.
Requirements
- Fluency in Hebrew (written and spoken) is a requirement for this role.
- An EU passport or residency is mandatory. A work visa alone is not sufficient.
- Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Passion for delivering excellent customer service, particularly in the consumer electronics industry.
- Prior experience in customer support is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with customers.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail in problem-solving.
