Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer support in Dutch, assisting clients with inquiries about fashion products, orders, and returns.
  • Proactively resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring a satisfying experience for all clients.
  • Document customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system accurately.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics and inventory, to ensure timely order processing and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends in fashion and apparel to offer knowledgeable advice and recommendations to customers.
  • Engage with customers through various channels, including email, chat, and phone, fostering a friendly and helpful environment.
  • Participate in ongoing training to develop your skills and stay updated on product collections and promotional offerings.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and strong English communication skills, both written and spoken, are essential.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably within the fashion or retail sectors, is highly advantageous.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer engagement.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
  • A genuine passion for fashion and a desire to help customers find the perfect products.
