Job Description- This position involves providing exceptional support to Czech-speaking clients regarding their transportation needs via phone, email, and chat.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries related to bookings, service details, and company policies in an efficient and courteous manner.
- They must also effectively resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure a positive experience.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and managing follow-ups efficiently is another key responsibility of this role.
- Provide top-notch customer support to Czech-speaking clients.
- Handle customer inquiries and respond to their needs promptly and professionally.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Fluency in both Czech and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A minimum of 1 year's experience in customer service, preferably within the transportation or logistics sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
