We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide exceptional service to our customers. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries and providing information about transportation services.
Responsibilities:

- Assist customers with inquiries about transportation services, bookings, and travel plans.

- Work collaboratively with team members to improve the overall customer experience.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Czech and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.
