Transportation Services Customer Support Representative

Patrique Mercier Recruitment is seeking a customer support specialist for the transportation services department.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service to Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to bookings, schedules, fares, and company policies.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints and enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Document customer interactions meticulously and follow up on any outstanding issues or concerns.
- Collaborate with transportation teams and service providers to address customer needs efficiently.
- Stay informed about industry trends, available services, and safety protocols to provide accurate information to clients.
- Collect customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the transportation or travel sector.
- Strong communication skills and a focus on providing excellent customer support.
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office software.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to follow-up and resolution.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
