Airline Reservations Advisor

As a French Speaking Customer Service Representative for the Airline Reservations Department, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless travel experiences for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer support in French, handling inquiries related to airline reservations, ticket changes, and cancellations.
- Assist customers with finding the best flight options to meet their travel needs, ensuring a smooth booking process.
- Document all customer interactions meticulously, maintaining an accurate record of inquiries and resolutions within the system.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as ticketing and pricing, to resolve complex customer issues effectively.
- Stay updated on airline policies, promotions, and destination information to provide accurate guidance.
- Engage proactively with customers to offer assistance, ensuring their travel experiences are smooth and enjoyable.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance service skills and industry knowledge.
Requirements
- Fluency in French with strong English communication skills, both written and spoken, is required.
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred, especially in the travel or airline industry.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills for maintaining accurate customer records.
