BANKING SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE

Η actionline αναζητά banking administration για να παρέχει υποστήριξη σε πελάτες μεγάλων retail καταστημάτων στο δίκτυο συστημικής τράπεζας.
Εάν είσαι επικοινωνιακός/ή, παρατηρητικός/ή και θέλεις να κάνεις τα πρώτα σου βήματα στον τραπεζικό κλάδο, αποκτώντας πολύτιμη εμπειρία στον τομέα της εξυπηρέτησης πελατών και των χρηματοδοτικών προϊόντων, τότε αυτή η θέση είναι για σένα.
Κάθημα & καθημερινές αρμοδιότητες:
- Καθοδήγηση πελατών σχετικά με τις διαθέσιμες επιλογές χρηματοδότησης και τους όρους των πλάνων δόσεων
- Καταχώρηση αιτημάτων στο τραπεζικό σύστημα και παρακολούθηση της πορείας τους
- Διαχείριση ευαίσθητων προσωπικών δεδομένων με επαγγελματισμό και εχεμύθεια
- Επίλυση αποριών των πελατών με στόχο την άριστη εξυπηρέτηση και την ενίσχυση της εμπιστοσύνης
- Συντονισμός με το προσωπικό του καταστήματος για την ομαλή εξυπηρέτηση και την τήρηση των διαδικασιών
Απαραίτητα προσόντα:
- Πτυχίο σε τομείς όπως οικονομικά, διοίκηση επιχειρήσεων, χρειστοοικονομικά ή συναφή αντικείμενα (επιθύμητο)
- Άριστες επικοινωνιακές και διαπραγματευτικές δεξιότητες
- Οργανωτική σκέψη και προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια
- Διάθεση για μάθηση και προσαρμοστικότητα σε διαδικασίες
- Γνώση MS Office και ευχέρεια στη χρήση υπολογιστικών συστημάτων
