Attracting the best talent for a French Speaking Customer Service Representative role in the Home Improvement & DIY Tools Department, we seek an individual who can deliver exceptional support to French-speaking customers.
Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will be an integral part of our client's team, providing high-quality customer service in French. This involves addressing inquiries related to home improvement products and DIY tools, assisting customers with product selection, usage advice, and troubleshooting issues. Additionally, the representative will document interactions accurately, ensure all inquiries are logged and followed up appropriately, and collaborate with the sales and technical teams to resolve complex issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Fluency in French with strong command of written and spoken English.
- Prior experience in customer service, particularly in retail, home improvement, or DIY sectors, is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and proactive approach to customer service.
- Excellent communication skills, engaging professionally with customers.
- Able to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills for maintaining accurate customer records.
