Gaming Customer Service Expert

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled individual to provide top-notch customer support for German-speaking gamers.
In this position, you will be responsible for assisting users with technical issues, gameplay questions, and providing guidance on esports events.
Our ideal candidate is a passionate gamer with fluency in German and English, strong communication skills, and experience in customer support.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer support in German for gaming and esports inquiries
- Assist users with technical issues and gameplay questions
- Educate customers on game features, updates, and esports events
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
- Experience in customer support, preferably in the gaming or technology sector
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving abilities with a detail-oriented approach
