Gaming Industry Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to provide exceptional support to our customers in the iGaming industry.
Job Description:
In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch customer service via live chat, email, and phone in Spanish. You will assist customers with inquiries regarding games, promotions, and account management, resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, and educate customers about our gaming products and services while adhering to industry regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service via live chat, email, and phone in Spanish.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding games, promotions, and account management.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Educate customers about our gaming products and services while adhering to industry regulations.
- Document customer interactions and follow up on outstanding issues.
- Collaborate with the team to enhance service delivery and optimize customer experiences.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need to have:
- Fluency in Spanish (both spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in customer service, especially within the iGaming field, is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
- Familiarity with online gaming platforms is beneficial.
- Enthusiasm for gaming and a proactive, positive approach.
