The role involves interacting with gamers from the Netherlands, providing assistance related to games, accounts and technical support.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Act as primary contact for Dutch-speaking gamers, addressing inquiries and offering insightful guidance.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving issues promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with the gaming team to stay updated on new game releases and features.
- Document customer interactions in a CRM system to facilitate efficient follow-up and quality improvements.
- Engage in team discussions to share customer feedback and contribute to enhancing gaming experiences.
- Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer service techniques.
- Develop strong relationships with the gaming community to foster brand loyalty.
- Fluency in both Dutch and English, written and spoken.
- A strong passion for video games and understanding of gaming culture.
- Exceptional communication skills with a focus on delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in gaming or tech industry.
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environment while managing multiple inquiries.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to new lifestyle.
