We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will engage with Dutch-speaking clients, providing them with timely assistance and an outstanding gaming experience.
Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch support to Dutch-speaking customers through various communication channels.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding games, accounts, and promotions.
- Document interactions clearly in our CRM system to ensure seamless follow-up.
- Collaborate with your team to achieve service excellence and client satisfaction.
- Stay informed about the latest games and promotions to offer knowledgeable support.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is advantageous.
- A genuine passion for online gaming and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- Prior experience in customer support or iGaming is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- A proactive problem solver who can handle customer inquiries effectively.
- A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
