Dutch Speaking Customer Service Champion

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Representative to join our team in the Online iGaming Department. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in Dutch, ensuring that they have an outstanding experience with our gaming products.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to quickly resolve customer queries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner. A strong problem-solving approach and attention to detail are essential for this role, as is the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch customer service via live chat, email, and phone in Dutch.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to gaming products, promotions, and account management.
- Quickly and effectively resolve customer questions and complaints, ensuring a positive experience.
- Educate customers about various gaming services while adhering to industry regulations.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and ensure follow-up on outstanding issues.
- Collaborate with your team to continuously improve customer service and overall satisfaction.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is mandatory; proficiency in English is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly within the iGaming sector, is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of online gaming platforms is a plus.
- A genuine enthusiasm for gaming and a proactive approach to customer interactions.
