Spanish Customer Support Specialist

In this role, you will provide 24/7 help-desk support to users of a top cloud platform via phone and email. You will be part of a team that connects customers with the world's top brands.
To succeed in this job, you must have excellent writing and verbal communication skills in Spanish, as well as good technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Experience in customer service is also an asset.
