Job DescriptionThis role is perfect for individuals who have a strong passion for customer service and a keen interest in the automotive finance industry.
The ideal candidate will provide outstanding customer support to Portuguese-speaking clients regarding car leasing and financing options through phone, email, and chat.
Responsibilities- Assist customers with inquiries related to lease agreements, financing terms, payment options, and service policies.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure a positive leasing experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on outstanding inquiries.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met efficiently and effectively.
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably within the automotive or financial services industry.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on providing excellent customer experiences.
- Detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
